Payments made on delinquent disconnect day, usually the 26th of the month, on or after 8 am, must include the $30 delinquent fee. Please call the office to make sure we have received your payment to have your water turned back on.
Any double payment made in error by either not waiting on a confirmation # or by hitting the back button will not be refunded. You will have a credit on your account.
A $3.50 third party fee will be added to all credit card transactions.
